      so this is a test of a longish paragraph post. Or at least as longish as I can manage, since I have the attention span of a paramecium on a good day. This is not a good day for various reasons which have no real business here.

      This then is the issue: How to have two entirely different languages on screen at once in such a way that a modern American audience can understand that
      A: There are multiple languages in use
      B: They the audience should and ought to understans what’s going on in both of the languages, even if the characters cannot.
